My Birdie In A Tree

I promised to post my project from Nubin's seminar.  Here she is (of course it's a she) and I'm in the process of machine stitching the applique with teeny tiny zig zag stitches (the branches are done).  On my Viking-Husqvarana, the stitch is at 1.0/1.0 on the number 4 stitch.  The magnifying glass is on it's way.  I see why Nubin uses one -- the stitches are hard to see.  Rewarding stuff.  I'll post the piece again when I finish the whole process, down to the binding.
