My Finished Birdie in a Tree

Isn't she pretty?  The process was great.  I love machine applique, thanks to Nubin.  The next projects will be more modern, as this is pretty traditional, and I can't wait.  Here she is echo quilted and bound (with her coral bead eye):

After blocking, the piece worked out perfectly to be 15" square.
